What BidOrSkip collects and why.

Controller

Rodrigo Coelho, an independent business operator established in Portugal, is responsible for the personal information processed by BidOrSkip. Privacy requests can be sent to support@bidorskip.com.

Information you provide

BidOrSkip stores the work email, agency website, optional or requested RFP URL, submission deadline, decision context, contact messages, subscription status, and preferences you submit.

Generated Bid Packs

When you request an analysis, public agency and RFP content is sent to our AI processing provider to generate a Bid Pack. The resulting analysis and its source URLs may be stored so you can reopen it and so we do not repeat the same paid work unnecessarily.

How we use information

We use this information to provide Bid Packs, monitor relevant opportunities, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve matching quality, and respond to support requests.

Conversion measurement

We record aggregate product-funnel events and Bid Pack events such as delivery, clicking the private email link, opening or returning to a pack, selecting a plan, and checkout outcome. Bid Pack events are associated with that private pack so we can understand its journey, but do not store an IP address or use email-open tracking pixels.

What not to submit

Only provide public agency and RFP URLs. Do not submit confidential proposals, passwords, private client documents, personal identification records, or information you are not authorized to process.

Service providers

BidOrSkip relies on infrastructure, database, AI, payment, analytics, and email providers. They receive only the information necessary to perform their service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and Bid Pack data while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@bidorskip.com or through the contact form.

Security

We use server-side secrets, access controls, source-size restrictions, private-network URL blocking, and request limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
