Operator and business use

BidOrSkip is operated by Rodrigo Coelho, an independent business operator established in Portugal. The service is offered exclusively to businesses and professional users, not to consumers acting for personal purposes.

The service

BidOrSkip discovers, filters, and analyzes public procurement opportunities for creative businesses. Features may include opportunity monitoring, eligibility signals, Bid/Skip recommendations, requirement extraction, portfolio-proof suggestions, and response checklists.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for verifying every deadline, requirement, addendum, eligibility rule, buyer instruction, price, representation, and final submission against the official source.

No guarantee

BidOrSkip does not guarantee eligibility, completeness, award, revenue, buyer response, or that an opportunity remains open. Automated analysis may contain errors or miss information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit confidential or unauthorized material, attack third-party systems, evade request limits, scrape protected sources, infringe rights, or misrepresent AI-generated work as buyer-approved information.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. Plan limits, pricing, and included features will be shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund completed service unless required by law.

Bid Decision Sprints

A Bid Decision Sprint is a one-off business service for one RFP. Payment is collected through the secure checkout before work begins. After payment, you must provide the RFP, your agency website, and any relevant supporting documents. The stated delivery period begins when the complete materials are received and accessible. Incomplete or inaccessible materials pause delivery until the required information is available. The Sprint qualifies and plans the pursuit; it does not write, price, or submit the final proposal.

Availability

Public sources can change, disappear, block automated access, or publish corrections. We may suspend processing to protect users, service providers, or costs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BidOrSkip is not liable for lost bids, missed deadlines, proposal costs, lost profits, or decisions made without checking the official source.
